You can cancel your automated payments at any time. Here’s everything you need to know about our cancellation policy and how to proceed.
- Cancel it yourself: Please go through the instructions detailed here to learn about the different ways to cancel autopay based on your mode of payment. The cancellation is immediate for all future payments.
- Contact us for cancellation: If you would like us to cancel the ‘AutoPay mandate’, please write to fund-raising@centreforlearning.in. Please allow us a time of 5-7 days to process your request. If your request is received close to the end of the billing cycle, the cancellation may take effect from the following billing cycle. We’ll send a confirmation email for your records once the cancellation is processed.
Please note: There is no provision for refunding any of the contributions to the donors once the financial transaction has been completed. However, the school retains the right to refund any contribution that is not accompanied by valid PAN details of the donor.
Important Contribution Information
- Data Collection: The school collects personal information (name, email, PAN, mobile) from donors to track funds and send acknowledgements. This information is voluntarily shared and will not be shared with other entities or used for other purposes.
- Payment Gateway: We use a third-party payment gateway for online fund collection. All credit/debit card or bank account information is entered on your banking interface, facilitated by the payment gateway provider. The school does not collect this sensitive financial information on its website.
- No Contribution Fee: The school does not charge any fee for making an online contribution on the website.
- Refund Policy: There is no provision for refunding contributions once the financial transaction is complete. However, the school retains the right to refund any contribution not accompanied by valid PAN details.
- Chargeback Resolution: The school will fully cooperate with the payment gateway provider to resolve any chargeback disputes arising from fraudulent or unintended transactions.
- Indian Rupees Only: The school only accepts online payments in Indian rupees made within India via the payment gateway. For donors outside India, contributions can be made by wire transfer. Please email fund-raising@centreforlearning.in for details.
